Refund Policy

  • We have a 14 day return policy, starting 14 days after you receive the item. 
  • In order to be eligible for a refund, the item must be in the same condition that you received it in. Meaning it should be unopened, unworn and unused. The tags must be attached and the item must remain in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required. 
  • Once the item is received, inspected and approved, we will notify you and initiate the full refund to the original payment method. Please keep in mind it takes 3-5 business days for the bank to process the refund. 

Starting a Return/Refund

  • Please reach out to us via email at info@kozyjammies.com with your order number and return request information. We will inform you on whether or not your request is accepted. Once it is accepted, please mail your item to the address below:

    Damaged Items 

    • If you receive a damaged or defective item please reach out to us within 3 days of delivery. Always inspect your items right away to ensure that we can resolve any issues in a promptly manner.  

    I Received The Wrong Item

    • If you receive the wrong item please reach out to us within 3 days of delivery so we can ensure you get the right item as soon as possible.  

    Non-refundable items 

    • All sale items are final sale, we cannot accept refunds on gift cards.
